Harvey was turning 13 so as a little birthday treat, Kevin arranged for me to spend the morning with them and capture a few birthday portraits. Cramond in Edinburgh was the chosen location and I don't think we could have picked anywhere better. The boats, river, ruins and waterfalls all made for a lovely backdrop and helped to show off Harvey's natural good looks. For a dog in the prime of his life, he certainly didn't lack energy and couldn't wait to make the most of the beautiful weather. We strolled along the river, stopped every now and again to capture a few shots and made a few friends along the way. He even went for a paddle in the river to cool off (which was cut short due to the discovery of dead salmon which caught his eye). Harvey is a gorgeous dog with a fantastic temperament and it was a pleasure to spend a morning with him and Kevin.
